1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the website qualitycanada.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

3. Use of this site
This Site is intended for business-to-business use by professionals in the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors who are seeking welding inspection and nondestructive testing services.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use this Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this Site without our written permission
4. Information on this site
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, commitment, or offer to perform any specific scope of work.
All service agreements between Quality Canada Inc. and any client are executed separately in writing prior to any inspection work commencing. Nothing on this Site creates a binding contract for services.
Inspection scope, methods, applicable codes, pricing, timelines, and inspector qualifications are determined on a project-by-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.
5. Inspection services — important limitations
Welding inspection and nondestructive testing services performed by Quality Canada Inc. are conducted in accordance with applicable Canadian standards, including CSA W59, CSA W47.1, CSA S16, and CAN/CGSB-48.9712, as applicable to each project scope.
QCI inspection services do not constitute:
- Certification or approval of any structure, weld, material, or fabrication
- A guarantee of structural adequacy, fitness for purpose, or code compliance
- An engineering opinion or structural assessment
- A replacement for the engineer of record's professional judgment and responsibility
Findings documented by QCI are reported to the client as observed. The disposition of findings — including acceptance, rejection, and remediation decisions — remains the sole responsibility of the engineer of record or the party with professional authority over the project.
6. No engineering services
Quality Canada Inc. does not provide professional engineering services, structural assessments, design reviews, or engineering opinions. QCI holds no Certificate of Authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Nothing on this Site or in any QCI report, field memo, or communication constitutes an engineering opinion or should be relied upon as such.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of Quality Canada Inc. or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of Quality Canada Inc.
8. Third-party links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of that site or its content.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quality Canada Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Site
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quality Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.
In all cases, Quality Canada Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD).
With respect to inspection services specifically, Quality Canada Inc.'s liability for any claim arising from inspection services performed is limited to the fees paid for the specific inspection scope giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quality Canada Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy

13. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quality Canada Inc. with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
